The Casual Refinishing Process

Frame prep is our first step, and involves stripping off any old straps, repairing any broken welds or fasteners, then an abraisive process with special sanding equipment.

Most metal furniture is sandblasted in our state of the art blast room. The sandblaster easily removes any paint or contaminants, exposing bare metal.

We use an electrostatically applied epoxy coat primer which privides a rust barrier, as well as preparing the surface of the metal for a high gloss finish coat. The finish coat is similar to that used on new cars.

Vinyl straps are accurately cut to length using a semi-automated press.

Vinyl straps are attached to the furniture, and protective wrap applied to insure that furniture is delivered in like-new condition!
